Good place to stay, close to airport, good sized bedrooms, very clean and well managed flat. No great views from the flat but short walk to seafront. Building site next door but this did not cause any practical problems while we were there.

L'appartamento è spazioso ed arredato con cura, facilmente raggiungibile dall'uscita dell'autostrada, in periferia di El Mèdano. Purtroppo El Mèdano è un Paese costantemente esposto al vento e di notte, a volte, non si riesce a dormire per il forte vento. Dalle foto sembra che il balcone dia sulla piscina e poi sul mare, ma in realtà da sul cantiere di un nuovo complesso in costruzione.

Lovely, SUPER CLEAN (both the apartment and the entire building) and very quiet. Ideal for relaxing after a long day of exploring Tenerife. I’ve been to El Médano many times, but this apartment is the first one I actually want to come back to.

Apartment like new and is very well equipped with everything needed including washing machine and dryer, could not fault our stay whatsoever, very clean, safe and well maintained public areas. Nice swimming pool although not used through our February stay. Fantastic restaurants and bars all within a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Would return without any hesitation and sure we will at some point in the future.

This property was spotlessly clean! The beds were super comfortable, which is on top of my list of must haves! One disappointing aspect was that there were no chairs around the pool. If you wanted to relax and read around the pool, it wasn’t an option. I enquired on 3 different occasions about pool loungers and finally after a few days was told they don’t provide such items. The other thing I found disappointing was the lack of cooking ingredients, there was only a salt shaker. No pepper or spices or oil that one would normally see in an Airbnb. Nor was there any cleaning supplies, we stayed for 2 weeks and we feel there should have been some bathroom cleaning supplies, etc. We had some trouble with the door locks, it took a few days sorting that out. The location is excellent, just a 5-10 minute walk to grocery store and the beach. I suggested that the owner leave an information binder in the apartment for renters to figure out the area and easy to follow instructions.

Great apartment in el medano, spacious, clean and as pictured. Location makes it easy to walk to the centre of town and boardwalk. Ample street parking and quick to get to the highway to travel around the island. Only issue we had was getting in as the buzzer for the door was not working and we had to wait an hour. As long as this issue is addressed it is a great place to stay!

La comunidad muy tranquila, el piso muy espacioso y la piscina perfecta
