We had a nice week long stay here, & especially enjoyed the beautiful views of the mountains and the ocean from the generous balcony. When we first arrived, the space was clean overall, but kind of looked like a rushed job. Great price & the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. Would stay again!

Im gesamten war die Unterkunft sehr schön und angenehm. Alles war in der Wohnung vorhanden. Die Aussicht vom Balkon aus war wunderschön. Die einzige negative Sache war die Parkmöglichkeiten. Es war nahe zu unmöglich einen Parkplatz gleich bei der Unterkunft zu finden, und die Strassen waren sehr eng und uneben. Man muss oft ganz unten parken und dann etwa 10 Minuten den Berg hochlaufen zur Unterkunft. Ansonsten war alles perfekt 🙂

A wonderful stay in a quiet area with magnificent mountain views. Nice facilities, a huge amount of cutlery, everything you need for a perfect stay. A great patio to enjoy the sun and breakfast. Washing machine is included. Lovely restaurants, groceries and beach downhill, 5-10 minutes away by foot. This small town is close to Santa Cruz. A sofa bed can be too firm for some people. It may be challenging to find a parking space right next to the apartment, but there is a free public parking lot 5 minutes away downhill, and there’s always space.

Die Tage unseres Afenthalts in dem schönen Penthouse in St. Andrés haben wir sehr genossen. Von der Anfahrtsbeschereibung über den einfachen Check-in verlief für uns -abgesehen von der etwas waghalsigen Parksituation im nahen Umfeld- alles komplett reibungslos. Die tolle Lage des Objekts am Steilhang mit spektakulärer Ausicht auf das Meer und die steil ansteigenden Gebirgszüge haben uns vom ersten Moment an restlos begeistert. Morgens eröffneten die Sonnenaufgänge unseren Tag bei einem Kaffee auf der großzügigen Terrasse, von wo wir uns auf erlebnisreiche Wanderungen im nahliegenden Anaga Gebirge begeben haben. Die Abende konnten wir, Dank der komfortablen Einrichtung des hübschen Appartements in aller Gemütlichkeit bei einem Gläschen Vino Tinto aususklingen lassen.

Úžasné ubytování, jasné a včasné pokyny od hostitele, vstup do objektu byl skvěle popsán. Byt je čerstvě po zdařilé rekonstrukci. Vyzdvyhuji nádhernou terasu s výhledem na hory i pláž Las teresitas. Vše bylo čisté a uklizené. Veškeré vybavení bylo jako v popisu a vše bylo nové a nic nechybělo. Ještě jsme měli připravenou i pozornost od hostitele v podobě košíčku s lokálními potravinami - velice krásné gesto. Všem doporučuji toho ubytování navštívit.

A wonderfully cute apartment with superb views. The delightful town of San Andres with cafes and restaurants and excellent beach are just a few minutes walk away, although the steep hill might be an issue for people with mobility issues. The apartment has all you need. Very clean and cosy and instructions and communication was excellent. We hope to be back.

Prima di tutto, grazie per la splendida ospitalità! Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. L’appartamento è molto bello, pulitissimo e dotato di tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa. La terrazza è semplicemente meravigliosa e la vista è spettacolare: ogni momento trascorso lì è stato un vero piacere. L’host è stato sempre gentilissimo, disponibile e velocissimo nel rispondere a qualsiasi richiesta. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo anche la tranquillità della zona e la vicinanza alla spiaggia, raggiungibile in pochi minuti. L’unico piccolo aspetto da considerare è la scalinata che dalla spiaggia porta all’appartamento: può essere un po’ faticosa, soprattutto al ritorno. Ma una volta arrivati, la vista mozzafiato e il relax che offre la casa ripagano completamente di ogni sforzo. Consigliamo questa casa vacanza senza alcun dubbio e ci torneremmo molto volentieri!
